Thick Sour Cream Icing
- 250 g g icing (confectioner’s) sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh orange juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Thick Sour Cream
- 1 egg white
Sift the icing sugar into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir in the orange juice and thick sour cream and set aside. Beat the egg white until it forms stiff peaks and fold it into the sugar mixture until thoroughly blended and smooth. If the icing is too thick add a little more thick sour cream. This makes enough to ice a 25-cm (9-in) cake.
